Ormonde Wines is a private family Cellar based in Darling, South Africa. We produce and bottle wine from the finest grapes in our vineyards. The Cellar compares favourably with the world’s best, being ultra-modern with advanced international cellar technology and state of the art equipment it is still combined with traditional techniques like open fermentation – cold soak – and barrel fermentation, these techniques ensure that our quality commitment is guaranteed.
