Description

Floral notes of citrus blossom and zesty orange peel on the nose. The palate shows elegance with subtle acidity and yellow apple on the aftertaste. This style of Chardonnay allows the character of the grapes to be discovered without being overpowered by a wood component. Blessed by the cool trade winds blowing from the Atlantic Ocean, this wine showcase the aromatic intensity of a cool climate. For those who are not a Chardonnay drinker, this is a great wine on which to start. Food Pairing : Light Malayan chicken curries or fresh crisp salads made with white meats and fish.
