Description
Berries and herbs flavors with a subtle toast and oak character on the nose. Complemented by dark berry fruit and cinnamon character on the palate. Soft ripe tannin structure with a balanced palate. Aged for 14 months in French oak. 30% new oak. Food Pairing: Pot-roasted pheasant, plum sauce, crisp potato wedges and a garden salad.
