A dream turned into reality by Nathan Jankelowitz who's love of premium wines inspired him to bring the opulence of the Super Tuscan region to South Africa. Wine making at Baccō is an art, combining tradition with modern technology. Simonit & Sirch are employed to reach perfection in the vineyards and in the cellar the grapes undergo minimal intervention, and an unhurried approach to produce wines which capture the story of true varietal, site expression & vintage in every glass. Since our first vintage in 2019 our wines are crafted to deliver: MAGNIFICO; GENEROSO; INDULGENZA.
