The new business will include all the premium wine assets including Alto, Nederburg, Durbanville Hills, Plaisir de Merle, Pongracz, Fleur de Cap, Zonnebloem and Allesverloren, as well as the unique heritage assets of Chateau Libertas, Oude Libertas, Vinoteque and the Tabernacle.
