Two Oceans Moscato 2022

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS Colour: Brilliantly clear, with slight hues of gold. Bouquet: The wine is bursting with floral and Muscat aromas of litchi, rose petal and pear. Taste: Fresh, medium-bodied wine, with the Muscat aromas following through from the bouquet to the palate, rounded o by a pleasantly sweet finish. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING The wine is excellent, served chilled, on its own or with an array of white meat dishes, summer salads and most creamy seafood.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from selected vineyards in the Western Cape.

After crushing and gentle pressing, the juice was clarified and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The naturally fruity sweetness of the grapes was preserved by stopping the fermentation process.

The wine was blended, stabilized and clarified before bottling.
