Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2022

This medium-bodied wine has a deep ruby colour. On the nose you are welcomed with dark fruit aromas such as plums and cherries. On the palate this wine is a well-balanced wine with a smooth entry, layered with soft fruit and a touch of underlying oak. The finish is long with lingering fruit. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING Excellent served with red meat dishes such as roast lamb, stews, and grilled meat and Carpaccio, as well as with robust pasta dishes.

The fruit was sourced from vineyards in the coastal areas.

In each instance, the juice was fermented at 24° to 26°. The juice was left on the skins for four to five days to allow for maximum colour and flavour extraction while keeping tannins approachable.
