Description

A blend of 60% Grenache Noir and 40 % Mourvèdre, this Rosé was produced from dryland farmed vineyards. Whole-bunch pressed grapes yielded 550 litres per ton of delicate, delicately coloured juice. Pale salmon in appearance, with light copper hues, this is a bold take on the classic Provençal style. Maturation in foudre has imbued the subtle fruit aromas of rose petals, pomelo zest and stone fruit with delicate marzipan notes. Fermentation in 4000L foudres imparts complexity and flavour intensity to the wine, revealing the full potential of these low yielding vines.
