GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chenin Blanc. VINIFICATION: Fermented ad aged in stainless steel tank. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent with seafood, raw fish and fry. A good option is grilled chicken. Among the cheeses, it is excellent with Halloumi. TASTING NOTES: A straw appearance with excellent varietal expressions. Very intense aromas, which range from country hay, floral, tropical fruit and apricots, to spice. Plenty of ripe fruit flavours. The acidity well balance by low sugar residual. Intense rounded mouth feel, ripe pear, long and fresh finish.
