GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Grenache Blanc VINIFICATION: Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: It is suited with dishes rich in spices, whether they are Moroccan, Spanish, Indian or Asian origin. Delicious on Middle Eastern dishes. TASTING NOTES: Straw-coloured, the palate is crisp, light body, and lime flavors. The nose has bright green apple and mandarin orange aromas, with clean flavours and citrus, mineral and a touch of peach ... very refreshing.
