Description
AYAMA CARIGNAN PREMIUM RANGE - A variety from the south mediterranean that has found a wonderful climate in South Africa. Carignan grows as a bush vine on the slopes of our granite mountain. It is very popular on the Italian island of Sardinia with the name of "Carignano". Aged in 500 litres 3 years old barrels for 24 months. It's a full-bodied ruby, elegant red wine. It is delicious paired with roast meats, duck and earthy root vegetables.
