Description
Aromas of currant, plum, cedear, mocha and mint. Sweet plum and tomato flavours are lifted by a herbal edge. Finishes with dusty tannins and notes of mocha and caramel. Old-style cabernet with a slight vegetility.

The wine is then aged in our cellar for 2 years in new French barriques, and a futher 4 years in bottles prior to its release.
