A classical red blend with full red & dark fruits on the nose & palate, juicy palate with soft tannins. A touch of smoke on the nose. Made as part of a community project benefitting the Robertson Children's Home, 100% of the profits from the sale of this wine goes towards the Home in the form of an educational trust.

Vinification
Harvested at full seed ripeness. Cold macerated uncrushed in open fermenters for 10 days. Punched through twice daily. 3 Weeks alcoholic fermentation. Only free run used.100% Malolactic fermentation spontaneously in barrel.
Maturation
12 Months wood maturation. And a further 12 months bottle aging took place prior to release.
