Lubanzi Rosé Bubbles

Rosé Bubbles in a bottle, what better accompaniment to a warm, sunny afternoon is there? Made using some gorgeous old-vine Cinsault grapes that are handpicked on a cool summer morning in the Swartland, we whole-bunch press the clusters and give it some limited skin maceration before setting the rose-tinted beauty off on its natural fermentation journey. It’s a one man band of fresh strawberry and cherry notes that come together to produce a sweet summer song.
