Description
Lautus Sparkling Brut - 100% Chardonnay grapes that spent some time on the lees in the barrels and adding to those delicious brioche toasty flavours on the nose, very subtle. Some nice green apple freshness coming through on the wine. On the palette there's a richness that carries the wine and finish with fresh acidity and quite lively bubbles.
