Description
Tempel Wines red blend is called “Blydskap” which means “Happiness” a wine to enjoy with friends or family. Cheerful but seriously structured is our blend of 59% Grenache from Wellington, 27% Mourvèdre, 7% Shiraz and 7% Tempranillo. Lightly oaked, tannins. Natural fermented in open concrete tanks with manual punch downs (1-2 / day). Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels and concrete eggs
