Description
Aromas of orange blossom and pineapple are prominent on the nose. On entry, ripe yellow lemon flavours develop into a cocktail of ripe pineapple and red grapefruit. A lovely creamy lemon meringue-like texture and flavour with highlights of vanilla pod dominates the midpalate. The sweet citrus aromas linger long after the last sip.

Vinification
Fermented in older barrels with selected yeast strains. Racked once and kept on the fine lees
Maturation
A combination of 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels were used. The wine was matured in barrels for 11 months.
