About
Glenelly Estate is located on the lower slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain, in the heart of Stellenbosch.
It was purchased in 2003 by May de Lencquesaing, former owner of the iconic Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, a second Growth of Pauillac.
On this idyllic farm, she planted 57 ha of vines, focusing on red Bordeaux varietals, but also Syrah and Chardonnay. The winery is a prime example of sustainable practices and in organic conversion since January 2020.
