This classic yet youthful Stellenbosch Cabernet is a blend of various parcels from the slopes of Glenelly.
It displays all the characteristics of the Simonsberg. Very pure black and red fruit, with blackcurrant pastille fruit, tangy acidity and the fine tannins that are the hallmark of the glass collection wine.
