Grapes for this Chardonnay are sourced from 3 vineyards in the Western Cape; one from a special 40-year-old vineyard that produces grapes with exceptional flavour and intensity. These are blended with grapes from the Overberg and Elgin regions which bring minerality and fresh acidity to the wine.
