Lautus Chardonnay

Great care was taken whilst removing the alcohol from this warmer climate Chardonnay, showcasing light pale straw colour, pure aromas of summer fruit notes with a fresh citrus undertone. Citrus fruit leaning towards kumquat and orange rather than lemon zesty fruit. Subtle spicy from the gentle oaking and carries through on the palet bringing generous palet weight and fruit sweetness from the ripe summer profile. Finishing with fresh acidity and a lingering aftertaste. To be enjoyed in its purist and natural form.
