Vineyard
A selection of Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch region and Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the Hemel and Aarde Valley.
Vinification
Initial Stainless- Steel fermentation followed by Malolatic Fermentation in the same container. All the varietals were blended together after the secondary fermentation and matured in 4th fill French barrique for 9 months.
