Blake's Chenin Blanc 2021

Golden hued and full-bodied with dried apricot, vanilla and honey on the nose. Harmonious balance between fruit and oak flavours. This complex wine have sufficient body to enhance spicy and full flavoured meals. Also partners well with mild seafood and poultry

50% was Tank fermented and 50% was fermented in 2nd fill French barrels. The wine was matured for another 3 months in 50% new French oak and 50% second fill oak.
