Description
The CBL shows freshly cut winter melon with ripe pear, served with a squeeze of sweet sunrise grapefruit aromas. The palate entrance is smooth and elegant and complemented by sweet grapefruit concentration that adds depth and length of flavour. The wine carries a gunflint minerally note indicative of the concrete exposure the wine enjoyed.
