Colour: Pale lemon Aroma: Fruity flavours of white pear, pineapple with a hint of golden delicious apples followed by a subtle herbaceousness. Palate: A full mouthfeel with flavours of cape gooseberry and pear with a touch of passion fruit. The wine is fresh and structured and carries beautifully on the palate. Maturation potential: The wine drinks beautifully now and will develop further over the next 5 years.
