Description
The Grapes are from Francis Pratt's farm. Hand -picked, processed, crushed, in the press with minimal skin contact. Pressed into stainless steel tanks where fermentation took place. Extended lease contact was followed by blended the Berrio components. The wine was then stablised and bottled. Tasting note - Green pepper, cut grass, asparagus and fresh green peas.
