BRIGHT AND BUBBLY, RIPE RED FRUIT MIXED WITH CANDY FLOSS AND A LITTLE SPICE. INTENSE AND BRIGHT IN THE MOUTH WITH FLAVOURS OF DARK CHERRIES AND NEW-SEASON STRAWBERRIES. LIVELY ACID AND DRY FINISH. WHOLE BUNCH PRESSED, WILD YEAST, ALL STAINLESS, UNFILTERED, ZERO ADDITIONS, DISGORGED IN LATE WINTER.

Pét-nat – pronounced „pet-naa“ – is short for Pétillant Naturel - Methode Ancestrale, which in English simply means „naturally bubbling“ Regardless of whether white, red or rosé, the wines are often cloudy thanks to unfiltered bottling. Pét-nats,are usually crowned with a modest crown cork – similar to a bottle of beer or cider.
