Description
The grapes for the unique style of wine is sourced from the Olifants RIver region. Grapes from dry farmed bush vines, planted in 1969 are carefully selected before laying out on straw mats for drying. After two weeks this exotic, concentrated Muscat d' Alexandrie nectar is gently presses, fermented at a slow pace and matured in French oak.
