Backsberg Ella Pinotage Rosé 2022

This dry Pinotage Rosé harmonises the robustness of Pinotage with the purity of rosé to bring you quintessential flavours of wild strawberries, mint and grapefruit.

A combination of trellised and bush vines from both Wellington and Paarl regions.

Pinotage grapes are picked before they are fully ripe at 21 degree Balling with the red fruit being processed similarly to a white wine. The grapes are crushed and pressed, followed by a cool fermentation in stainless steel.
