Fryer's Cove Vineyards

The fierce, unforgiving West Coast with its bracing Atlantic winds and rugged coastline work well for our cool climate wines and we have learned to understand the lay of the land. Along this coast line the wind brings a daily cool sea breeze and fog, which help to maintain good health in our vineyards allowing for a slow leisurely ripening period leading to outstanding fruit concentration and complexity. Wines distinctly reflecting their origin with a distinct maritime flavour, hence our slogan ‘Forged of the earth, Tempered by the sea’.
