Waterkloof custodian, Paul Boutinot got to know the Cape Winelands in the early nineties, sourcing grapes from old vineyards to turn into his False Bay Wines. His philosophy for these wines has always remained the same: Balanced grapes, minimal intervention, natural spontaneous ferments, real wines.
Now many years later, he has added the Revenant Range (the great lost classic blends of the Loire and Stellenbosch revived in the Helderberg & Schapenberg) and the registered singe vineyard wine - The Last Of The First Pinotage
